Buying a home in Spain is probably one of the most important investments most of us will ever make. Whether you are looking for a holiday home in the sun, a retirement home in the sun, or a place to work in the sun - doing your homework is essential.
At the moment the market in the €100-€300k is fairly active but the €300-€500k is pretty flat so there are bargains to be had, if you are prepared to have a look and make an offer. Our mission is to help you and guide you through the buying and selling process in Spain. Unlike the UK, we the Agent, deal with most of the conveyancing and utilities transfers. Buying a property in Spain can be easy or fraught with danger. We try and make it easy for you. Whether you are looking to buy a beachside villa, a finca in the country, a city apartment, a golf resort development or a property for investment, we have a property to suit you. If we don’t then we will search out a property that meets your specifications. Buyers: We cover the Marina Alta region of the northern Costa Blanca in Spain. • We specialise in country property in the Marina Alta Area which covers the Orba Valley and the Jalon Valley. • We will only send you details of property that matches your requirements. • We work in collaboration with several agents along the coast so we can always find what you are looking for. • If a property is overvalued we will say so and suggest an offer price. • We ensure that the seller of the property is legally entitled and in a position to sell. • We ensure that the purchase of the property and the transfer of the deeds are fully legalised. • We ensure that you do not inadvertently act fraudulently or become involved in money laundering. Sellers: • We only take on property that is priced realistically and priced to sell in the current market. If you are unrealistic and don’t accept our valuation we will refuse to take it on.
• We only take on property that is listed with no more than three other agents. • We offer the seller a “PRIME” agency discounted commission rate. • We ensure that any person viewing your property is qualified, genuine and that we have a copy of their ID. • We ensure that the seller of the property is legally entitled and in a position to sell. • We ensure that you do not inadvertently act fraudulently or become involved in money laundering. To summarise, we will ensure that you buy and sell your properly, Legally and Properly.
